Qualifications

• Two years diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Refinery Rotating Equipment Maintenance Workshops, with at least four (4) years in a similar position.
• Experience in EPC Construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Observe and coordinate day-to-day activities of rotating equipment maintenance workshop.
• Contribute to maintenance plans and strategies (corrective, preventive, predictive).
• Supervise rotating equipment contractors to ensure adherence to policies and plans.
• Provide input to maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure workshop activities meet budget requirements and safety standards.
• Supervise workshop equipment, tools and materials; ensure proper logging and maintenance.
• Ensure safety measures are adhered to by workshop personnel.
• Ensure personnel are technically qualified to perform the job.
• Perform ongoing inspections to ensure quality of works.
