Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Room Service Order Taker to ensure seamless dining experiences for our guests. You will take orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and coordinate delivery with precision.

Requirements include a minimum one year in food service, high school education or equivalent, and fluency in English and Arabic. We offer a competitive net salary, housing and transportation allowances, 21 days of vacation, medical and life insurance, and worldwide room

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year food service or related work.
Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone.
English & Arabic language is a must.

Responsibilities

Take guest orders in a courteous and accurate manner.
Communicate any special requests, allergies, or instructions to the kitchen.
Coordinate delivery of orders with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely arrival.
Maintain high standards of guest service and attention to detail during order taking.
