Job summary

Jensen Hughes in Jeddah is seeking an Engineer to join the Fire & Life Safety Testing team. You will lead Room Integrity / Door Fan tests for clean agent and gaseous suppression systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA 2001 and ISO 14520.

The role requires 3–5 years in fire protection testing or related fields, a degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and authorities on site. Hybrid work opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fire protection testing/inspection.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Room Integrity / Door Fan Tests for clean agent and gaseous systems (NFPA 2001, ISO 14520).
• Set up and operate Retrotec testing equipment and ensure test accuracy.
• Record, analyze results and prepare technical reports; identify non-conformances and recommend remedial actions.
• Coordinate testing with contractors, consultants, facility operators and authorities on site.
