Job summary

Rowad Al Khaleej International Schools (RAIS) is seeking a Robotics & Gifted Education Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah. You will design and coordinate robotics and gifted education curricula, support teachers, and lead clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities for gifted learners.

You will collaborate with school leadership to align programs with standards, monitor student progress, and train staff on best practices in STEM education, ensuring a safe and inclusive

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Educational Management and leadership within school or program settings.
• Strong abilities in Lesson Planning and classroom organization for robotics and gifted education.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Background in Education and Curriculum Development, particularly in STEM and enrichment programs.
• Experience with robotics platforms, coding, or STEM labs is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience working with gifted students and differentiated instruction strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing and coordinating specialized curricula for robotics and gifted education.
• Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom delivery.
• Organize robotics clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities for gifted learners.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align programs with educational standards.
