Sharaf DG is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Executive for our Riyadh stores. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance in Electronics/FMCG/Fashion categories.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in retail sales, strong communication in Arabic and English, and a customer‑oriented, target‑driven mindset. You will work with the store team to maximize conversions and ensure merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Good selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets (daily/ monthly).
• Drive ATV and cross-selling opportunities; promote offers and bundles.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and professional assistance to customers.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure accurate price tags and promotions.
