Job summary

MADI Group in Riyadh is seeking a customer-focused Sales Advisor for its showroom. You will greet customers, understand needs, and recommend products while maintaining knowledge of the range and delivering expert advice.

You will contribute to hitting sales targets, keep the showroom organized, handle POS transactions, and support in-store events. Fluency in Arabic is required; basic English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or beauty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Well-presented, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; transferable iqama is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range to deliver expert advice
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organized, and stocked at all times
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and product launches
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
