Job summary

Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co. is seeking a Sales Advisor for our luxury brand boutique in Riyadh to uphold the highest store standards and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will understand client needs, recommend products, process transactions accurately, and maintain brand representation with professionalism and excellent communication. A diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–3 years in sales, especially in luxury or watch retail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales, luxury brand retail experience valued.
• Watch sector experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client’s needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve client’s inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all company’s rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Assisting in the opening and closing of the boutique.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and service quality standards.

Job Summary

The Sales Advisor is responsible for maintaining the luxury environment and brand’s highest standards and building long-term relationships with the clients for better brand representation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand client’s needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve client’s inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all company’s rules, regulations and guidelines
• Assisting in the opening and closing of the boutique.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding client service.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience within the sales field with at least 1 year in the Luxury Brand retail sector, watch sector will be a plus.
