Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to support the community engagement team at a dynamic mixed‑use compound in Saudi Arabia. This hands‑on role ensures flawless execution of community events, resident activities, and weekend programming that bring the compound community together.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of event coordination experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work with diverse teams across facilities, security, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of event coordination or event support experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist Event Planner in coordinating and executing all compound events, activations, and community programs.
• Coordinate event logistics including equipment delivery, setup schedules, vendor arrivals, and site inspections.
• Manage event materials inventory and coordinate equipment rentals as needed.
• Serve as liaison for vendors, maintain vendor databases, and support invoice processing.
• Prepare event files including contracts, permits, insurance certificates, and run sheets.
• Provide on-site support during events including setup coordination and guest services.
• Monitor event operations and report concerns to Event Planner.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and build positive relationships.
