Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced City Lead to spearhead Strategic Leadership & Business Development in Riyadh. You will translate the company strategy into local execution, build partnerships, and drive customer growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget discipline.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and mentor a local team, and collaborate with central HR and finance to deliver strong performance and a scalable Riyadh operation in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a management role such as City Lead or General Manager.
• Experience launching, managing, or scaling operations in a new city or market.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering against operational and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the company’s strategy for Riyadh.
• Identify local market opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop initiatives to support Riyadh growth and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day Riyadh operations, including driver supply, service quality, and local marketing.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing local team with clear performance metrics.
• Coordinate with central HR and finance teams to manage Riyadh budget.
