Job summary

Camac Talent is partnering with a leading global payments and fintech business to recruit a Senior Specialist, Financial Partnerships in Riyadh. You will own key relationships across the payments ecosystem and drive strategic initiatives.

You will negotiate with acquiring banks, PSPs and card networks, shaping commercial terms and guiding go-to-market plans. In this role you will support market expansion across Saudi Arabia and the wider region, collaborating with Product, Risk, Compliance,

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the payments industry.
• Background in payment processing, acquiring or payment partnerships.
• Experience managing relationships with acquiring banks, PSPs or card networks.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A combination of relationship management, operational and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of payment flows and the wider payments ecosystem.
• Fluent Arabic is essential.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with acquiring banks, alternative payment methods (APMs) and card networks.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with key players including Visa, Mastercard and mada.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive favourable operational and commercial outcomes.
• Support market expansion initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
• Develop partnership strategies, commercial agreements and go-to-market initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Business Development.
