Job summary

Woopel in Riyadh is seeking a Barista to deliver friendly customer service and craft beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will greet customers, prepare drinks, and ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities include following recipes, handling orders and payments, maintaining stock, and upholding food safety and health standards. Previous experience is preferred but not required, and strong interpersonal skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with customers.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.
• Follow recipes accurately to make espresso-based drinks, specialty teas, smoothies, etc.
• Demonstrate knowledge of coffee beans and preparation techniques.
• Ensure the store is stocked with all necessary products and supplies at all times.
• Follow health and safety regulations while preparing beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store during working hours.
• Take orders from customers; answer inquiries about menu items; accept payment; issue receipts or change due to customers as needed.
• Ensure all customer interactions are carried out in a friendly manner.
