Job summary

FTI Consulting is launching the KSA Academy, a 12-month paid traineeship in Riyadh designed to bridge university to full-time work. Trainees will be salaried from day one and participate in five learning blocks, progressing to live client projects across the business with protected learning time.

You will gain foundational business and finance knowledge, Excel and data skills, and exposure to AI. Saudi nationals graduating in 2026 or recently graduated are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Saudi national
• Graduating in 2026 or graduated within the last three years
• A degree in any discipline
• A strong academic record
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Able to commit to a full-time position for 12 months commencing in November or December 2026, based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Complete an intensive launch block covering orientation and core segments.
• Build business and finance fundamentals and Excel data skills.
• Join live client projects from early 2027 and progress to main focus.
• Take on more responsibility and work more independently as skills grow.
• Work across different segments to see multiple parts of the firm.
• Meet weekly with cohort to build skills and discuss AI themes.
• Complete a career capstone at year end to show progress.
