Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. in Riyadh is seeking Saudi nationals for a Business Analyst - Graduate Program. The role starts February or September 2027, offering a year-long program to develop analytical and client-facing skills within our Strategy & Transformation team.

You will work with experienced consultants, conduct research, analyze data, and shape insights for strategic decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Mentorship, training, and international exposure are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, or recently graduated, with a graduation date in 2026.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).
• Available to join the 1-year program starting in February or September 2027.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
