Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree and international certifications are preferred.
• Experience in compliance and audits within logistics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor rider permit validity, vehicle docs, and work authorizations to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and identify regulatory gaps.
• Oversee guidance of regulatory updates into rider operations and fleet activities.
• Collaborate with Rider Operations, Supply, and Performance teams to align workflows with compliance rules.
• Establish compliance checkpoints in onboarding, dispatching, and performance processes.
• Analyze compliance metrics and prepare audit reports for operational improvement.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal departments during audits and inquiries.
• Update SOPs and risk protocols; develop corrective action plans for non-compliant cases.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and monitor violations.
