Job summary

Accor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a strategic Revenue Manager to lead pricing, forecasting and distribution ahead of a luxury resort opening. You will oversee Reservations Heartists, optimize inventory, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and F&B to maximize revenue and guest experience.

The role requires 4–6 years in revenue management or related functions, with leadership experience and a strong understanding of dynamic pricing and market analysis. Saudi market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in hotel revenue management or related commercial functions.
• Leadership experience in revenue management or reservations is desirable.
• Experience with luxury hotels/resorts and pre-opening environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the resort's revenue management strategy and pricing across channels.
• Oversee reservations operations, bookings, and team performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and F&B to drive packages and ancillary revenue.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing and distribution efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting for the property.
