Job summary

SSC Egypt in Riyadh is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to design and implement revenue assurance processes, detect leakage, and collaborate with finance and IT teams. You will analyze large datasets with SQL to identify billing discrepancies and develop Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs.

You will perform audits of billing and revenue systems, reconcile invoices, payments, and usage data, and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with billing systems ERP platforms e.g. SAP Oracle and data governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in revenue assurance, finance analytics, or telecommunications operations.
• Technical expertise in revenue assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement revenue assurance processes and controls to detect and prevent revenue leakage.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify billing discrepancies and anomalies.
• Develop maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor revenue metrics and KPIs.
• Perform periodic audits of billing and revenue systems including reconciliation of invoices payments and usage data.
• Collaborate with finance billing IT and operations teams to investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings insights and recommendations to senior management.
