Job summary

Apparel Group in Riyadh is seeking a Stock Coordinator to receive, inspect, store merchandise and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring smooth movement from stockroom to sales floor. You will work with store management and sales staff to replenish shelves, tag new stock, manage inventory records, and uphold housekeeping standards while remaining physically fit to lift up to 10 kg.

Flexibility for extended hours during sales events and a focus on security and loss prevention will be important

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with stock management.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandize and count physically and electronically to ensure information accuracy.
• Inspect product quality and report discrepancies to store manager/assistant manager.
• Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage.
• Classify and stock products in stock room for quick availability.
• Tag newly arrived stock and/or return products as instructed by senior staff.
• Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves to ensure product availability.
• Maintain awareness of store security and uphold high housekeeping standards.
• Be flexible to extended hours during sales/festivals.
• Physically fit with ability to lift around 10 kg.
• Record inventory inward/outward and maintain reports.
• Check for missing price tags and report them.
• Assist during Stock Take processes.
