Job summary

EDITION Hotels on Shura Island in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, seeks a non-management, full-time hospitality supervisor to oversee staff and guest service standards. You’ll ensure teamwork, grooming, safety compliance, and daily opening/closing routines while supporting management with hiring, training, and coaching.

With at least 2 years in related roles and 1 year in supervision, you’ll help maintain high quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in a premium hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to deliver optimum guest service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies and maintain professional appearance.
• Complete opening/closing duties; set up supplies and clean all equipment and areas.
• Monitor storage areas for organization, FIFO and cleanliness; conduct inventories.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching.
