Work in USA is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Malayalee cuisine restaurant in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, control costs, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will work with the head chef to design menus, monitor food quality and presentation, ensure food safety compliance, and build strong supplier relationships to secure quality ingredients at competitive prices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Malayalee cuisine restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Malayalee cuisine and ability to create appealing menus.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Good English communication; Malayalam preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Recruit, train, and supervise servers, chefs and other staff.
• Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
