Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Proven track record in increasing revenue while maintaining cost control measures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid work visa in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, inventory control, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional events and strategies to attract new customers.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, expectations, and address any concerns or issues.
