Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Biometric passport required for travel purposes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic; additional languages a plus
• Knowledge of restaurant software systems for inventory management, scheduling
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, ordering supplies, managing staff schedules, and cleanliness
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies
• Create and implement promotions or special events to attract new customers
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistent quality in food preparation and presentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients or supplies
