Job summary

Ninja is seeking an Incubation Specialist to help restaurant partners grow with us. You’ll own partner relationships, spot growth opportunities, drive campaigns, and ensure partners are performing at their best—from increasing orders and revenue to improving day-to-day operations.

You’ll collaborate across teams, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Arabic and English, 1–3 years in account management or sales are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or E-commerce.
• Experience in FoodTech, F&B, hospitality, or online delivery.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
