You will manage daily operations, mentor the team, monitor sales and costs, ensure food safety, and implement strategies to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong team-building and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
