Job summary

Four Seasons Red Sea is seeking a Residences Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the residential community within the luxury Four Seasons ecosystem. You will support HOA administration, owner relations, financial oversight, and project coordination, ensuring the highest levels of service for residential owners.

Working with the Director of Residences, you will demonstrate strong leadership, superb communication, and a background in luxury hospitality or branded residences,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in branded residences or HOA/hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities; able to manage residential operations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between residents and hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Oversee HOA administration, owner relations, financial oversight, and project coordination.
• Coordinate with People & Culture, HR, and security to uphold service standards and safety.
• Educate owners on HOA rights and obligations and support budgeting and annual HOA governance.
