Job summary

Four Seasons Red Sea is seeking a Residences Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential community within the luxury ecosystem. You will coordinate with Rooms, Engineering, Housekeeping and Security to deliver personalized resident experiences and maintain accurate resident profiles.

You will manage HOA billing, support governance with HOA meetings, work with Finance on payments, and supervise staffing with People & Culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in branded residences or HOA/hospitality leadership.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Financial and HOA administration knowledge.
• Proficient in Opera PMS, MS Office Suite, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between residents and hotel departments to ensure personalized service.
• Manage HOA billing including monthly statements and delinquencies; coordinate with Finance for vendor payments.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Security on maintenance projects and in-unit progress.
• Lead People & Culture initiatives for staffing, training, and disciplinary actions; support safety protocols.
• Educate owners on rights and obligations under HOA agreements and attend HOA meetings.

The Role of the Residences Assistant Manager

The Residences Assistant Manager plays a vital role in the successful day-to-day operation of the Residential community within the luxury ecosystem of Four Seasons Red Sea.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Experience amp Coordination—Serve as the point of contact between residents and hotel departments including Rooms, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security. Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service and recognition for residents by maintaining accurate resident profiles. Regularly attend and prepare for HOA and committee meetings to support governance and community involvement. Interact directly with residents to manage feedback, resolve issues, and update Golden HOME with accurate information.
• Financial Management amp HOA Billing—Manage and distribute accurate monthly house account statements to residents. Oversee the complete HOA billing process: issue statements, track payments, and follow up on delinquencies. Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely vendor payments and invoice verification. Prepare and distribute monthly Opera-based resident spend reports and utility aging reports.
• Engineering amp Maintenance Oversight—Assist with the planning and execution of projects requiring unit access or impacting shared facilities. Conduct regular inspections of common areas and coordinate with Engineering and Landscaping for corrective action. Communicate progress of in‑unit work and coordinate timelines with relevant departments and residents.
• Leadership amp Human Resources—Work with People amp Culture and L&D teams to support staffing, training, and disciplinary processes for residential employees. Foster a positive and ethical work environment, leading by example and supporting the team’s professional growth. Support safety initiatives and emergency response protocols in coordination with Security.
• Legal Operational amp Community Relations—Educate owners on their rights and obligations as defined by legal agreements and HOA regulations. Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and annual HOA meetings. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with external stakeholders including the developer, vendors, and local community representatives. Attend community and business functions to promote engagement and goodwill.
