Job summary

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team to drive hotel revenue by developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and government entities. You will aim to achieve sales targets, maximize occupancy, and represent the hotel in line with IHG brand standards.

Responsibilities include regular sales calls, proposals, and negotiations with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience.
• 2+ years in a sales role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, government, leisure and group sales segments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (Delphi/Opera).

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business across corporate, government, leisure and group segments.
• Grow assigned key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and presentations.
• Negotiate corporate agreements, group contracts and room rates.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts meeting client requirements.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office and F&B teams for confirmed business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, events and trade shows.
• Maintain client records, sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and business updates for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies.
