Batterjee Medical College is seeking a dedicated Research Coordinator to support faculty and student research activities, manage IRB submissions, and maintain thorough documentation. You will help coordinate multiple research projects, assist in data management, and ensure compliance with protocols alongside researchers and study participants.

Support faculty and student research activities Assist in the preparation and submission of research protocols and ethics IRB applications Maintain accurate and organized research documentation Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously Assist in data management and basic research analysis Facilitate communication between researchers study participants and relevant stakeholders Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical guidelines Provide administrative support for research-related tasks Assist in the preparation of research reports and publications Contribute to the overall success of the research department
Strong understanding of research processes research ethics and documentation requirements Excellent administrative and organizational skills Ability to manage research data maintain accurate records and support basic research analysis Ability to coordinate multiple research projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research management tools Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills High attention to detail and strong time-management skills Strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality Adaptability and commitment to supporting faculty and student research Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, medical, health sciences, or research-related field. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred and considered an advantage.Additional training or certification in Research Methodology, Research Ethics, Clinical Research, or related areas is an advantage.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in research coordination, research administration, academic administration, or a related role.Previous experience supporting research projects, ethics/IRB applications, research documentation, or faculty and student research activities is preferred.
