CDHORIZON Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Operations Team in Riyadh. You will manage rental settlements, invoicing, timesheet verification, and accounts receivable while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Rental, and Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely settlements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and strong collaboration across departments to support efficient rental operations and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or rental equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify lease terms and prepare settlement statements and invoices.
• Ensure rental charges align with contractual rates and review contracts.
• Review timesheets and reconcile hours/days with contracts and records.
• Prepare customer SOAs and maintain invoice and payment records.
• Reconcile customer balances and keep records updated.
• Prepare AR and outstanding-balance reports; maintain organized records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Rental, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
