CDHORIZON Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full AR cycle for our equipment rental division. You will review orders, calculate settlements, issue invoices and reconcile AR accounts while ensuring consistent data across contracts and billing documents.

You will analyze aging, DSO, unbilled revenue, and revenue variance; collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve the order-to-cash process and support monthly closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, AR, financial analysis or business finance.
• Experience in equipment rental, leasing, construction equipment, logistics or project-based businesses is preferred.
• Familiar with VAT invoicing and basic revenue recognition principles.
• Strong Excel skills; able to independently analyze large datasets and prepare management reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with commercial and operational teams.
• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle or similar systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for the equipment rental business, including order review, rental settlement/billing calculation, and invoice issuance.
• Conduct AR reconciliation and prepare aging analyses, collection status, DSO and unbilled revenue/pending settlements.
• Review billing and revenue recognition logic; identify discrepancies between operational data, invoicing and revenue; coordinate resolution with relevant departments.
• Prepare regular AR and business analysis reports (aging, collection status, DSO, unbilled revenue, variances, profitability).
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve the order-to-cash process and ensure timely settlement, invoicing and collection.
• Support monthly closing, revenue cut-off review, AR reconciliation and management reporting.
• Assist in improving financial processes, Excel reporting and ERP/system controls.
