Job summary

Quality Equipment Rental LLC in Riyadh seeks an Accountant to provide administrative and financial accounting support to the Senior Accountant, ensuring payments and expenditures are monitored, documented and processed accurately, and suppliers are paid within timescales.

Responsibilities include processing purchase invoices, authorizing payments, posting to MS Dynamics GP, organizing payments, handling inquiries, setting up supplier accounts, daily cash reconciliation, and performing account

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in an accounting setting.
• Proficiency with MS Dynamics GP and MS Office.
• Accounting qualification such as ACCA/CA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for day-to-day processing of purchase invoices.
• Ensuring invoices are authorized for payment and matched to POs.
• Recording invoices in MS Dynamics GP and posting payments.
• Organizing payment runs and preparing cheques.
• Handling invoice/payments inquiries via calls and email.
• Setting up and updating supplier accounts.
• Daily cash reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Performing account reconciliations and correcting errors.
• Carrying out other duties as directed by management.
