Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).
• VMA (Value Methodology Associate) certification is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in Value Engineering, cost engineering, or design.
• Strong knowledge of Value Engineering methodologies.
• SAVE certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Value Analysis: Apply Value Engineering methodologies to analyze project functions, systems, and costs.
• Cost Optimization: Review designs, drawings, and specifications to identify cost-effective alternatives.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare analytical reports and present recommendations to management or clients.
