Job summary

Value International Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to manage corporate, commercial, labor, and contractual matters within the Kingdom. This role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering engineering consultancy, construction, and commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor.
• Previous experience in an Engineering Consultancy company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi corporate, commercial, labor, and engineering-related laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating engineering consultancy and construction contracts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) is required.
• Valid Saudi driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory & Corporate Support: Provide proactive legal advice to management and internal departments on corporate, commercial, labor, and contractual matters.
• Interpret applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and legal requirements and advise the business accordingly.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, reports, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Support the development, implementation, and review of company legal policies and governance practices.
