Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Saudi Arabia to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This remote, full-time role collaborates with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and BI to translate strategy into structured roadmaps and successful delivery.

You will mentor junior PMs, drive governance and risk management, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve collaboration, delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional PM certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans and actionable roadmaps.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Project Managers and improve delivery standards.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, vendors and regulatory contacts.
• Establish and maintain project risk frameworks and governance requirements.
