Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a System Administrator I based in Saudi Arabia to provide reliable IT support in a remote-first environment. You will troubleshoot across Windows/macOS, manage Windows Server environments, and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure services.

You will work with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, support business applications, and ensure secure, stable client environments while delivering excellent service. This role offers growth and collaboration within a skilled team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016–2025 and server administration tasks.
• Experience managing VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Networking basics including firewalls and switches.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, backup solutions, endpoint security, and mobile devices.
• MSP experience is desirable.
• Active server-related certifications preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Windows/macOS and applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016–2025).
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, AD, and 365 services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
• Support Sage ERP and QuickBooks with vendors when needed.
• Troubleshoot networking with firewalls and switches.
• Support backup software and endpoint security solutions.
• Escalate and mentor technicians; share knowledge.
