Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to drive strategic initiatives and enablement projects that deliver measurable organizational impact. You will work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, external partners, and subject matter experts to translate complex business needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

5–8 years of business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or transformations.
Relevant degree in project management, business or related discipline preferred.
PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is desirable.
Strong planning, delivery, monitoring and close-out experience across projects.
Experience with requirements gathering, scope definition and process mapping.
Ability to manage scope, risks, issues and change requests effectively.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
Experience with Agile, hybrid and traditional PM methodologies.
Strong governance, executive support, and change management understanding.
Vendor/partner coordination and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Clear written and verbal communication, reporting and analyses.
Organizational skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PM/backlog tools.
Guides teams toward consistent, effective delivery in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full lifecycle.
Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints and schedules.
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, changes and priorities with escalation options.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, leaders, vendors and external partners.
Prepare executive updates, risk assessments and decision materials.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery with backlog mgmt, roadmaps and sprints.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including communications, marketing and events.
Strengthen governance, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement practices.
Coach stakeholders and teams on delivery governance and collaboration.
