Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saudi Arabia partners to fill a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement role.

The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives and enablement projects that drive organizational impact across the full delivery lifecycle. You will work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, external partners, and SMEs to translate complex business needs into actionable plans, while applying Agile and hybrid delivery approaches to improve processes and governance.

Qualifications

Five to eight years of business experience, including leading projects or change initiatives.
Post-secondary degree in a related discipline is preferred.
PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full lifecycle.
Define objectives, scope, governance, schedules, and success measures.
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation when needed.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align deliverables.
Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
Support Agile, hybrid delivery including backlog management and sprint planning.
Strengthen governance processes and stakeholder engagement practices.
Coach teams on effective project delivery in a dynamic environment.
