Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 4–5 years in Accounting Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.
• Experience in leading month-end/year-end closing, audits, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and review ledger data; maintain general ledger; produce monthly statements.
• Provide data-driven insights to controlling team and CFO.
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure timely reporting to HQ.
• Drive process improvements and standardize processes across brands.
