Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience leading accounting teams and coordinating audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Coordinate annual audits and improve processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for HQ.
• Support tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
