Job summary

Brontobyte Technologies seeks a SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 6+ years of experience for a 6-month remote assignment aligned to Saudi Arabia time. The role focuses on functional delivery across HCM, EC, and Payroll, including integration and payroll configuration, while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

You will design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA HCM, EC, and Payroll processes; manage structures and workforce administration; and support HRIS

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors EC consulting.
• Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, and retro accounting.
• Knowledge of KSA payroll regulations (GOSI, EOSB, overtime).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, integrate, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA HCM, EC, and Payroll processes.
• Manage organizational structures, position management, and workforce administration.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, retro accounting, and payroll processes.
• Support time and attendance integration and Payroll Control Center.
• Handle EC–S/4HANA replication, BIB/P2P integrations, and HRIS synchronization.
• Troubleshoot payroll and employee data replication issues.
• Ensure payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
• Experience with KSA payroll regulations, including GOSI, EOSB, overtime, leave encashment, and Saudi labor law compliance.
