Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with potential customers and respond to inquiries through designated channels.
• Present the company's products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up with potential clients to support conversion.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving business targets.
• Review and moderate digital content to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Monitor online interactions and identify inappropriate content.
• Escalate customer concerns and content-related issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activities.
