Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – Administration & Governance based in Saudi Arabia to shape how organizations adopt and govern a shared development platform. You will design self-service experiences for projects, identity, and permissions, while giving IT and platform teams governance controls and visibility across the portfolio.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to turn customer needs into scalable product experiences in a fast-moving, fully remote

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products that deliver a strong developer experience while meeting governance needs.
• Understanding enterprise infrastructure and software builders' needs.
• Ability to reason about identity management, permissions, and usage attribution.
• Perspective on how AI agents are changing software development and internal platforms.
• Experience with controlled experimentation and data analysis.
• Hands-on PM experience using products you own, configuring policies and governance settings.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Make project creation and onboarding self-service for access and infrastructure.
• Develop a unified company-wide administration experience with visibility into projects, usage, and resources.
• Define ownership, access rights, and team permissions for independent yet overseen operations.
• Collaborate with platform, IT, security, and finance to translate requirements into governance controls.
• Define the path from experimentation to production as governance evolves.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to scale early implementations.
• Define success metrics and implement end-to-end product measurement.
