You will own campaigns from planning and launch through optimization, landing pages, and reporting, focusing on high-intent actions like demos, trials, and signups. The role emphasizes independent ownership, rapid experimentation, and collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads management with lead or demo campaigns.
• Experience managing budgets toward measurable conversion goals.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and lookalike strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta Ads strategies from planning to optimization and scaling.
• Develop audiences using targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and funnel segmentation.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and align spend with lead quality and outcomes.
• Create multiple creative concepts and test them with AI-assisted workflows.
• Implement and optimize landing pages and tracking (Pixel, CAPI, events).
• Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align offers and audiences.
• Prepare performance reports and actionable next steps.
• Stay current with Meta Ads updates and paid social trends.
