Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saudi Arabia is partnering to fill a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist role. The contractor will lead paid acquisition, optimize high-ticket funnels, and oversee tracking across Meta, Google, and future TikTok initiatives.

You'll build repeatable systems, create SOPs in Notion, train future team members, and report weekly on ROAS and CPL. This role is remote, with 25 hours/week and daily CST-aligned schedule (9:00 AM–2:00 PM CST).

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels (offers ~$1,500–$5,000+).
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and marketing automation/CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Strong written English for ad copy, reporting, and SOPs.
• Familiarity with short-form video/UGC creative and testing.
• Knowledge of Meta Special Ad Categories for financial services.
• Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Excel for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with potential TikTok exposure.
• Monitor performance and optimize audiences, creative, messaging, hooks, budgets, and structures.
• Build and optimize high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel (landing pages, forms, checkout, follow-ups).
• Track lead journeys from ad to conversion and resolve funnel issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking for attribution.
• Prepare weekly performance reports (KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS).
• Develop and test ad copy, headlines, hooks, and short-form video concepts.
• Create SOPs in Notion covering advertising, funnels, tracking, and processes.
• Communicate campaign performance and next steps clearly; train future team members.
