Infobip is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Growth Executive to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth across a portfolio of assigned clients. You will build trusted relationships, support account performance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, customer-facing, account management, customer success, or sales-related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in business performance metrics and customer growth.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 2 clients through regular meetings and ongoing account support.
• Drive customer growth by monitoring key business metrics including gross profit, margin percentage, cross-sell opportunities, and net revenue retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure successful onboarding and setup.
• Analyze customer traffic and business performance to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activities and opportunities in Salesforce and other systems.
