Job summary

A leading cybersecurity firm is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager in Saudi Arabia. This role requires strong ICS/OT cybersecurity expertise and excellent relationship-building skills to serve as a technical advisor for industrial clients. You’ll help customers maximize the value of Dragos solutions and ensure their security goals are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in OT environments and a solid understanding of cybersecurity. Competitive equity package offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in OT environments with ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems.
• 1+ year in a cybersecurity engineering or SOC role, preferably in critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advocate for assigned customers.
• Guide customers in operationalizing use cases and integrating Dragos into workflows.
• Lead account reviews and optimization efforts.
