Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Riyadh is seeking a facilities supervisor to oversee maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff across the Riyadh Factory and Head Office. You will ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance is performed on schedule, monitor routine and urgent works, and coordinate with service providers while maintaining safe, clean, and ready facilities.

Fluent English and Arabic are required to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled.
• Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
• Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers.
• Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
• Ensure all Business Unit (BU) facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
