Job Description: The opportunity Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff. Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled. Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works. Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers. Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements. Ensure all Business Unit (BU) facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively. Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations. Key Objective: Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facilities while maintaining high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and service delivery across Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office. Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic is required.
