Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market in Saudi Arabia, acting as a co‑founder and building a regional team to deploy our voice AI tech with strategic customers.

You will meet with C‑suite stakeholders, lead engineers, and design bespoke integrations while collaborating with Research and Product to translate field insights into products. This role is remote-first with travel for customer onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models.
• Strategic and commercial awareness with deal-structures knowledge.
• Nice-to-have: experience with system integrators and partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers.
• Identify use cases and collaborate with engineers to integrate our tech into customer solutions.
• Design bespoke integrations ensuring seamless fit with products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices to maximize model effectiveness.
• Present results and future proposals to technical and C-suite audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product to feed field insights back into products.
• Deliver compelling demos to new and existing customers.
• Scope applications to new industries and expand solutions globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
