Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open new markets. You will hire and lead a regional team, win first customers, and drive adoption of our voice AI technology at strategic accounts. You’ll work with sales leadership and the rest of the org to accelerate growth and impact.

This senior role is remote-first and can be based in Saudi Arabia or UAE. You will travel to customer sites and collaborate across engineering, product, and research teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Executive stakeholders engagement with C-suite and VP-levels.
• Ability to hire, develop and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic Python proficiency and API integration understanding.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic and commercial awareness with understanding of deal structures and GTM motions.
• Nice to have: experience building partner ecosystems with system integrators or resellers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a regional forward deployed engineering team.
• Identify use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI tech.
• Design bespoke integrations to fit customers' products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing our models.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights.
• Build demos and expand AI solutions across industries.
