Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Saudi Arabia for a fully remote, six-month contract with an Australian organization.

You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the learning development lifecycle. Responsibilities include storyboarding, Articulate development, LMS/SCORM management, quality assurance, and ensuring

Competenze

• At least two years of experience in instructional design or related field.

Mansioni

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into engaging online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts to support learning objectives.
• Manage learning content for LMS and SCORM-compliant environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA to ensure reliable learning resources.
• Ensure materials comply with standards, guidelines, and IP regulations.
• Support design, development, implementation, and handover of e-learning projects.
• Work with designers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review programs and suggest improvements to instructional methods and delivery.
